This big mod will improve the sound and visual effects, gameplay and will enlarge Liberty City with a tunnel that goes to ghost town and some other stuff.
This mod is meant to improve sound and visual effects such as weapon sounds and water textures. It also improves the gameplay by improving car’s handling and by tweaking the weapon’s stats. This kit includes some other mods which were not made by me. The mods are: “no limits boat” by Hunter, “fullwing dodo” made by Minimali5tix and “deaddodo airship” made by Rajder. All the rest was done by me. So the kit has 2 map mods both extend the city’s limits, 15 new sound effects, 6 data files, a new icon, 7 new skins, 2 new models, 6 textures plus 2 optional(snow textures). So, to install just give a look to each folder, you will find instructions to install each mod. Note that I kept the original readme files in mods which I didn’t create.
