Many people in the forum asked for a Statue of Liberty in the game, i also thought, this is a missing part in Liberty City and start to work.

I remeber the beautiful model from Rowell Ray Shih, that i got on my hard drive since years and try to get it into the Game. The model has more then 30.000 Polygones, to much for GTA3, but it works, because i made smart Colldatas with less then 2.000 Polygones for it.

After doing this, i want to build a proper Island for the Statue, its not an exact copy of the real liberty island, its just fantasy. But i think, it will match good to the nice statue.

On the second and third pedestal you will find a historical and a technical information tour to get some interesting informations of the real statue of liberty.

No, i dont wanna build a bridge to the Island, you have to take the boat, like you have to do on the original.

Some people know, iam not american, iam german, so i wonder for my self, that i was able to made this really patriotic mod. Its my tribut to america, the land of the free and the home of the peace.
