Really eazy to use

With this tool you can make your own skin you can input your own skin parts to do it you can click on import parts or something like that it tells you wat to do when u clik on it but what i did was just add the file to the folder then ad the name of the file to the text document "content"

    You can do this just as easily and from the looks of bit,better with a program like gimp or,for those who rather things you have to pay for (:P jk)photoshop...
